Si un appareil avec une enveloppe en mat\u00e9riau isolant pr\u00e9voit la mise \u00e0 la terre des parties internes, il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un appareil de classe I ou un appareil de classe 0I.<\/em><br>\nCe type d&#8217;appareil n&#8217;a pas de dispositif de mise \u00e0 la terre de protection, et en m\u00eame temps, une seule couche d&#8217;isolation enveloppe les parties sous tension, ou une couche d&#8217;isolation est utilis\u00e9e pour isoler l&#8217;utilisateur des parties sous tension. La plupart des pays n&#8217;acceptent pas les appareils de classe 0. Seuls certains pays avec une tension secteur (tension nominale) de 100 V comme le Japon et de 120 V comme les \u00c9tats-Unis et le Mexique acceptent les appareils de classe 0. Il est n\u00e9cessaire de mentionner ici que pour obtenir la m\u00eame puissance d&#8217;entr\u00e9e (par exemple, un chauffage d&#8217;ambiance avec une puissance nominale de 3 000 W), plus la tension nominale est basse, plus le courant de fonctionnement correspondant sera \u00e9lev\u00e9. Au contraire, si la tension nominale est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, le courant d&#8217;entr\u00e9e correspondant sera faible. En cas de courant \u00e9lev\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00e9chauffement des pi\u00e8ces conductrices de courant dans le produit sera plus grave et le risque d&#8217;incendie correspondant sera plus grand, de sorte que les exigences en mati\u00e8re de protection incendie seront plus strictes. Dans le cas d&#8217;un courant faible et d&#8217;une tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e, l&#8217;\u00e9chauffement des pi\u00e8ces conductrices de courant n&#8217;est pas grave, mais en raison de la haute tension, le risque de rupture d&#8217;isolation devient plus grand et les exigences correspondantes en mati\u00e8re de protection contre les chocs \u00e9lectriques sont plus strictes. C&#8217;est pourquoi la s\u00e9rie de normes CEI 60335 impose des exigences si \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de protection contre les chocs \u00e9lectriques. Les principaux r\u00e9dacteurs de la norme CEI 60335 sont des experts de pays ayant une tension nominale de 220 \u00e0 240 V, tandis que la s\u00e9rie de normes am\u00e9ricaines UL impose des exigences encore plus strictes en mati\u00e8re de protection incendie. Normalement, il n&#8217;existe pas de dispositif dans lequel toutes les parties actives sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es uniquement par une isolation de base. Il est courant que la plupart des mesures de protection contre les chocs \u00e9lectriques puissent encore r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de double isolation ou d&#8217;isolation renforc\u00e9e. Bien entendu, il existe \u00e9galement des structures d&#8217;isolation de base et de protection de mise \u00e0 la terre.
