Yaln\u0131zca standart 8.1.4&#8217;\u00fcn gerekliliklerini kar\u015f\u0131layan g\u00fcvenlik ekstra d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck voltaj devrelerine do\u011frudan dokunulabilir.
